When you book a trip through our site, you agree to the following booking terms and conditions. These terms are compliant with the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel your booking at any time by contacting us at support@thetravelsquad.com. Cancellation fees are as follows:

Changing or Transferring Your Booking

If you want to transfer your booking to another individual, please contact us at support@thetravelsquad.com. In accordance with UK Package Travel Regulations, you may transfer your booking to another person provided you give us at least 7 days' notice before departure. You will be responsible for paying any reasonable administrative costs and any additional fees charged by our ground suppliers, hotels, or airlines to facilitate this name change.

Payments and Late Bookings

Full payment for your trip balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date. If you book onto a trip after this final payment deadline, 100% of the total trip balance is required at the time of booking.

Bookings, Payments, and Instalment Plans

All trip bookings are subject to availability. By submitting a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into a binding contract. Prices are subject to change. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and we have issued written confirmation.

Flexible Payment Plans: If you choose to pay for your trip via an instalment plan, an Instalment Administration Fee may be applied to your total balance. This fee covers the administrative costs of managing and servicing split payments over time. We do not charge surcharges or fees based on your chosen payment method (e.g., credit or debit cards).

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of TTS Adventures Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable UK intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of this website for public or commercial purposes without prior written permission from us.
